Motorcycle Playa was founded in 2008 by David Basing as a specialized online BMW motorcycle parts & accessory business, supplying high quality aftermarket parts to its customers both in USA and internationally. Motorcycle Playa is located in Orange County, Southern California.
The business grew from a passion for riding BMW adventure bikes in all the countries David has lived, first in South Africa then the UK and now the USA. In each country the sourcing of safety yet stylish parts proved difficult for David and the BMW groups he rode in. David being the entrepreneur he is brought together parts he sourced from around the world and that’s when the increased customer demand began, this along with his passion for the products become the main driving force of the business.
